  5. Masukkan adonan kedalam baking pan beri taburan kenari dan naikkan baking pan ke alasnya masak dengan (api kecil) dan tunggu sampai adonan naik dan kulit atas kelihatan kecoklatan, Buka sedikit tutup Baking pan,
  6. Di 5 menit terakhir sebelum api dimatikan, buka tutup baking pan agar permukaan kering, tes tusuk, matikan api, angkat baking pan.
