  1. Peel the raw mangoes. In a pressure cooker put the mangoes with water and cook for 15 to 20 mins till mangoes are completely soft.
  2. Let the water with mangoes cool for sometime. Preserve the water.
  3. Remove the soft fibre from the mangoes using a spoon or knife. Throw away the stone/seed.
  4. Mash the fibre and add it to the water in which mangoes were cooked. You can also grind the fibre with the water in a grinder.
  5. Add sugar,salt ,roasted cumin powder and chopped mint leaves to it..Adjust seasoning to suit your taste.
  6. Serve chilled and garnish with mint leaves
