  6. Put the water. LET boil
  7. Cover the pot then simmer for 30 to 40 mins. (Add additional water as necessary)
  8. Pour in the vinegar. Allow the liquid to re-boil.
  9. Stir and then add the sugar. Cookfor a minute more.
  10. Transfer to a serving plate.
  11. Serve with steamed Rice.
