Wash and grate cabbage.Add spice and seasoning add cornflour,flour mix it.
Make small balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes the fry on low heat.
Keep turing using metal spoon until golden brown and place on kitchen tissue or clean kitchen towel.
For the sauce in a blender add scotch,onion,red pepper,oil and 1/7 cup water then blend until smooth.
Pour the blended sauce in a pan and allowthe water to evaporate add little oil and keep stirring for 5 minster.
Add some soy sauce and seasoning keep stirring add water add the balls and close the pot let it cook for 5 mins.
Manchurian is ready to serve it.
