  1. Get 1 cup oats
  2. Get 1 cup mix dry fruits
  3. Get 1/2 cup wheat flakes

  7. Make ready 2 tbsp milk

  2. In a non stick pan dry roast the oats on low flame and keep aside.
  3. Now roast the dry fruits in ghee and keep aside.
  4. Coarsely crush the oats, pumpkin seeds and wheat flakes in the mixer.
  5. Mix all the dry ingredients together and finally add the honey and milk slowly as required.
  6. The mixture should get blended with each other properly.
  7. Transfer the mixture in the greased mould. Let it cool down on room temperature.
  8. Give shape as desired while it getting cooled down.
  9. When completely cool, remove from the mould and serve.
