  1. Roasted semolina and nuts separately.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan with ghee. Add small 1 cardamon seed.
  3. Add melon puree and fry it for 2-3 mins. Thn add all Dry ingredients step by step. Saute them for few minutes.
  4. Now add evaporated milk. Stir it continuously. After 5-10 mins you will saw lumps came together and gave beautiful smell.
  5. Will came out properly from pan. Now keep aside from heat and let them cool for 10 mins.
  6. Grease your ✋ hand with ghee & took small portion. Gave them into round size as ladoo ball.
  7. Used pistachio for decoration.
