Heat oil and ghee in a deep pan,add cashews, black pepper seeds,heing, cinnemin powder.Now add ginger, garlic, onion and green chillies.Saute it.
Now add all the veggies and tomato along with some salt and cook for 2 min.
It's time to add curd and saute at high flame.Now add biryani masala and mix nicely.Add Cooked rice and chopped coriander.Now add garam masala and mix.
Add butter on the top and serve.
