  5. Prepare 2 tbsp raisins
  6. Take 1 tsp pumpkin seeds(optional)

  1. In a mixer jar, add dates,fig,apricot and grind to coarse paste
  2. In a pan,add 1 tbsp ghee and dry roast all the nuts for 3 mins on medium flame and set aside. Do not brown the nuts.
  3. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee,ground paste and cook for 3-5 mins until it doesn't stick to the sides.
  4. Add the roasted nuts to the cooked paste and mix well. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a ghee greased plate or pan.
  5. Apply ghee on a spoon and press it gently. After 20 mins cut it into small pieces. Now the tasty healthy dry fruits burfi is ready šŸ˜‹šŸ˜ƒ
