  1. Take For Chicken marination:
  2. Get 1 1/2 chicken breast chunks
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup hung/ thick yogurt
  4. Take 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
  5. Get 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tbsp all spice powder
  7. Make ready 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp ginger paste
  10. Get 1 tsp garlic paste
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Get For gravy:
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  14. Make ready 2 tbsp butter
  15. Get 1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic
  16. Prepare 1 onion finely chopped
  17. Get 3 tomatoes roughly cut
  18. Get 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  19. Get to taste Salt
  20. Make ready 2-3 tbsp cream
  21. Make ready 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  22. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  23. Take 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  24. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  25. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  26. Take For Chicken Tikka:
  27. Take 4-5 tbsp oil
  28. Get Garnish:
  29. Make ready 1 little finely chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves
  30. Make ready 1 lemon
Steps to make Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless):
  1. In a big mixing bowl add the chicken chunks with all the spices and yogurt.
  2. Mix nicely, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate at least for 1 hour or overnight.
  3. In a chopper, finely chop the onion and keep aside. Make tomato purée and keep aside.
  4. Now remove the marinated chicken and give a mix. And in a non-stick pan/wok, add 4-5 tbsp oil and add these chunks one by one. Do not over fill the pan, otherwise the chicken will leave it’s waters. Remove in a bowl when done. And repeat the step for the remaining chicken. (keep the flame on medium high)
  5. In another non-stick wok add oil, ginger garlic crushed and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the chopped onions. Sauté till translucent.
  6. Now add the tomatoes purée and all the spices. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Move away from flame, give a minute’s rest and then add yogurt and cream. Mix well. (I added turmeric powder as I forgot to add it before)
  8. Add chicken tikka chunks and mix. Add butter and let it cook for 5 mins. Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless)1. Serve with Garlic Naan or Puri and enjoy your meal.
