The ingredients needed to make Salisbury steak:
  1. Prepare 2 lbs ground beef
  2. Prepare 1 egg
  3. Prepare 2 packs French onion soup mix
  4. Get 1 1/2 cups Stove Top Stuffing uncooked
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp worchestshire
  6. Take 1/2 Vidalia onion sliced
  7. Prepare 2 packs brown gravy mix
  8. Take 1/2 C milk
Instructions to make Salisbury steak:
  1. Preheat frying pan.
  2. Mix beef, egg, stuffing, soup mix, milk, and Worcestershire sauce together in a large bowl.
  3. Form into oval patties.
  4. Brown the patties in frying pan until there is no pink on the outside.
  5. While patties are cooking, make gravy. You can use jar gravy if you want.
  6. When patties are done browning, layer them in crockpot alternating with sliced onion.
  7. Pour gravy over the patties.
  8. Cook for 4 hours.
  9. At about 2 hours. Mix lightly to make sure all of the patties get gravy on them.
