  9. Prepare Food color(red or orange)/paprika to give color
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp white vinegar
  11. Prepare 4 tbsp melted butter
  12. Get 2 tbsp ginger paste
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp garlic paste
  14. Get 4 tbsp fried crushed onions
  15. Make ready 1 cup yoghurt

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate the mutton leg after making slits on it.
  2. Put overnight in refrigerator.
  3. For cooking add oil and 1 medium onion to a large pan saute for a minute than add mutton leg in it.
  4. Cook for 7/8 minutes by covering the pan.
  5. Than flip it and add a glass of water cook until tender.
  6. At that stage you can also oven bake your mutton leg along with vegetables.
  7. I baked in oven, after meat is little tender. In pre-heated oven for half hour. In the end while mutton is almost done golden and crispy outside. I added vegtables and bakes for 4 mintues after adding leftover marination on it.
  8. Serve with rice or naan and any sauce.
