  1. Make ready 1 Raw mango grated
  2. Get 2 tsp Channa dal
  3. Get 1 tsp Urrad dal

  6. Get 0.5 tsp coriander seeds
  7. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Prepare 0.5 tsp methi seeds
  9. Prepare 3 tsp roasted gram(hurigadale)

  11. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  12. Get leaves Curry
  13. Get Pinch turmeric

Steps to make Raw mango chutney:
  1. In a pan take a tsp of oil. Add urrad dal+ Channa dal+cumin seeds+coriander seeds+methi seeds+red chilli+hing.Sauté for a awhile until it turns aromatic
  2. Now in a mixer jar add roasted gram + raw grated mango + step 1 ingredients and grind smooth without adding water.
  3. Now in a pan take a tsp oil + mustard seeds + urrad dal + curry leaves. Once it splutters transfer blended mixture from step 2. Add salt + jaggery + pinch turmeric and mix well. Serve this with idli/dosa/rice.
