  1. Prepare 2 lbs pork laman
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp garlic minced or crushed

Instructions to make Pork Adobo:
  1. Combine pork, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic then marinade for at least 1 hour
  2. Heat the pot and fry the sliced potatoes until it goes brown
  3. After frying the potatoes, add the marinated pork and cook for a few minutes
  4. Add water, pepper to taste, sliced onion, dried bay leaves and bring it to boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour
  5. Put in the vinegar and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes for an additional taste
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
