The ingredients needed to make Potato wedges:
  1. Get 1/2 kg Potato with skin
  2. Prepare 1 cup Plan flour
  3. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Get 1/2 tsp oregano
  5. Take 1 tsp chat masala
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup Rice flour
  7. Take to taste Salt according
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Garlic paste or powder
  9. Get 2 Tsp oil
  10. Take 2 Tsp Coriander leaves
  11. Make ready 1 cup water
  12. Get Oil for fry
Instructions to make Potato wedges:
  1. Wash potatoes and then cut into pieces as one in 8 equal pieces.
  2. Boil potato pieces in water untill 80% done, then drain water and left them in freezer for 10min.
  3. Mix all dry mentioned ingredients in a clean bowl, and add some water.Prepare a thick mixture, and mix oil in it.
  4. Take oil in a deep pan, heat oil up to 7 to 8 min, then dip chilled potato piece into mixture and put into pan, one by one.
  5. After nice golden colour, put it out from oil and then in a serving plate.
  6. Sprinkle chaat masala, and green coriander leaves.
  7. Delicious potato wedges ready.
