Take a mixing bowl and add dry refined flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, baking powder and chocolate powder in it and sieve them all two times. Now add vanilla essence, condensed milk, melted butter and mix well.
Add leuk warm milk to make smooth batter.
Now take a iron kadahi and put some salt in it. Place a stand on salt and cover the kadahi with lid for 15 mins to preheat for making cake.
Grease mould and dust some refined flour in mould. Tap the mould from backside to remove extra refined flour.
Now mix baking soda in batter and mix well again. Pour this batter in mould and place the mould in preheated kadahi and cover the kadahi again with lid for another 15 mins. After 15 mins check the cake with toothpick, if it come out clean it means cake is ready.
Switch off the flame and let the cake cool down for 5 mins. Take cake out from mould and cut the cake in two parts. Now make sugar syrup with 1 cup of water and sugar and pour the sugar syrup on both pieces of cake. Garnish with melted white milk chocolate, chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.
