  4. Now in low flame add milk into it and stir till the milk is fully mixed in carrots like (mawa).
  5. Now no milk in carrots, carrots soak all the milk and mix like mawa.
  6. Now add 2 tbsp ghee, cinnamon powder and elaichi powder and mix it off the flame and cover with lid.
  7. Now garnished with dry fruits.
  8. You can store this halwa in the fridge till 4-5 days.
