  1. Prepare 1 cup oats
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup murmura
  3. Take 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup chopped almonds

  6. Make ready 1 cup dates
  7. Make ready 1/4 cup honey
  8. Get 1/2 cup peanut butter

  1. Roast oats in pan and transfer in bowl
  2. Roast nuts in same pan and add in oats
  3. Now add murmura also mix all of them
  4. Now deseed dates and grind them in mixi
  5. Now add honey and peanut butter in pan and just melt it
  6. Make liquidy and turn off gas
  7. Then add honey mix and dates also in bowl
  8. Mix all with fingers
  9. Grease tray and transfer mix in greased tray and press evenly with fingers
  10. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and rose petals keep in freeze for 2 hours
  11. Then take it out and cut in desired shape
