To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook granola bar using 7 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Granola bar:
  1. Make ready 1 cup oat
  2. Make ready 1 cup puffed rice
  3. Prepare 1 cup chopped cashew and almond
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup finger millet puff
  5. Prepare 2 cups multi seed mixture (sesame, sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds etc)
  6. Take 3 cup jaggery
  7. Get 1/2 cup Finger millet puff (see recipe)
Steps to make Granola bar:
  1. Dry roast oats, puffed rice, cashew and almonds on by one until nice aroma comes out.
  2. Then roast the multi seed mixture
  3. In a bowl add all the roasted items along with figer millet puff. Give it a mix and keep aside
  4. And make a butter greased plate ready.
  5. Now add jaggery in the pan to melt and let it come to in a foamy condition.
  6. Then add the roasted mix in batches and mix it well.
  7. Move the granola mix in the greased plate and flatten with help of spoon or knife.
  8. In this stage you can add black raisins from top also then give it a cut.
  9. When it comes to room temperature then take out the pieces and store in a airtight container.
