Heat Oil in a cooker and add cardamom, Bay leaf and cinnamon.
Fry a little then add onions, curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves & green chillies. Fry the onions until golden brown.

Now add the Tomato 🍅 Biriyani masala and sauté for a while.
Add the Basmati rice and add 2 medium cups of water, add ghee and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
