  4. Take which ever veggies you prefer. I took Cauliflower,broccoli,beans,carrot and capsicum.
  5. Heat 3 tbsp of oil and add chopped onions. Saute for a while. Add all the veggies and saute on a high heat. Sprinkle ajinamoto a pinch. Saute for a while and sprinkle salt.
  6. Add these veggies in the sauce.
  7. When serving. Pour the above sauce on the fried noodles and serve it individually.
