The ingredients needed to make Healthy Paneer bhurji:
  1. Take paneer chopped
  2. Prepare onion
  3. Make ready tomato
  4. Get chilli powder
  5. Get turmeric
  6. Get Cumin seeds
  7. Make ready cinnamon stick
  8. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Get 50g green peas
  10. Make ready garam masala
  11. Get coriander powder
  12. Prepare kasuri methi
  13. Take Coriander
  14. Make ready hing
  15. Get water
  16. Prepare ghee
  17. Make ready Greek yogurt or regular
  18. Make ready Bit of lemon syrup
Instructions to make Healthy Paneer bhurji:
  1. In a pan take a tsp of ghee. Add bay leaf + cumin seeds + cinnamon stick. Sauté for awhile.
  2. Now add onion + ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away. Now add tomato+ green peas to it
  3. Later add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and a tsp of jaggery. Mix well
  4. Now add paneer and gently mix and boil in simmer for 5 minutes until paneer is cooked. Optionally you can add a bit of water or a tsp of yogurt (regular or Greek). Add kasuri methi and coriander leaves as well. Also spray lemon juice.
