  1. Take 2 lbs ground beef
  2. Take 1/2 cup tomato paste
  3. Prepare 2 medium eggs

  5. Get 1 tsp "Larry the cable guy" meat loaf seasoning
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  7. Take 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  8. Prepare 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup tomato paste
  10. Make ready 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Steps to make BBQ Meatloaf:
  1. Mix all ingredients into one bowl except 1/4 cup tomato paste and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  2. Spray PAM on pan
  3. Evenly spread mix to fill the pan
  4. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  5. Mix 1/4 cup tomato paste and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce in a separate bowl
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the meatloaf and spread the barbecue sauce mix evenly across the top
  7. Place back in the oven for another 20 minutes
  8. Remove and serve
