  3. Cook on med-high for 8 minutes
  4. Drain pasta, leaving to side for now
  5. Heat on med-high your frying pan, covering bottom of pan with olive oil.
  6. Add chopped red onions, and sauté until lightly coated in brown
  7. Then add bow tie pasta
  8. Lastly, add chopped spinach.
  9. Combine, add seasonings and remaining oil.
  10. Serve and enjoy
