Steps to make Chili con carne:
  1. Heat the oil over medium heat
  2. Add onion and garlic, saute it until fragrant
  3. Add Ground beef, break it up with your spoon or spatula, and stir it well
  4. Stir in oregano, paprika powder, chilli powder, black pepper, cinnamon, and cumin
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, some water, stir it, and let it boil
  6. Stir in chopped paprika, tomato purée, kidney beans, salt and beef stock
  7. Let it boil until thickened, and stir it occasionally
