  18. Get 2 Tomatoes
  19. Take 2 green chillies
  20. Make ready 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

  22. Prepare 1 cup jaggery
  23. Make ready 1 litre water
  24. Prepare as needed Dhokli
  25. Make ready 1 tsp pickle masala
Instructions to make Dal Dhokli:
  1. For dough: take a kneading plate add flour, carrom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, oil. Mix it.
  2. Add water and knead stiff dough. Put oil and knead it again. Keep a side.
  3. Boiled dal ready. Take a deep pan or deep kadai on medium flame. Add mustard seeds,let it crackled. Add asafoetida, dry red chilli.
  4. Add red chilli powder, water.
  5. Add boiled dal, remaining water, chopped tomatoes, green, Turmeric Powder.
  6. Add salt, jaggery. Mix it all. Let it boil.
  7. Now take dough make equal parts. Roll it on Kitchen flat surface.
  8. Get all dough balls rolled. Dal is boiling.
  9. Now cut into medium square and put all cut piece in the boiling dal.
  10. Close the lid and get dhokli cooked. Check it that dhokli is Cooked. Now add pickle masala. Mix it and serve
