- Put your chopped bacon on some baking paper on a tray spread out in a 180° celcios oven for 5 minutes until it just starting to crisp.
- Spread your pizza dough sauce on your base
- Peel and thinly slice your onion saute in a pan with a little olive oil and salt and pepper
- Now start layering you pizza , on top of your dough base and sauce spread your bacon and ham over then onion , both cheeses .
- In a cup beat the 3 eggs, then slowly pour the egg over top of pizza trying not to get to close to the edges as it may run off.
- Place in a hot oven about 220°celcios on a pizza tray for about 20 min depending how your oven cooks or how you like your dough. I had mine in for 18 min but that's my oven.
