Add apple and juices and let reduce while preparing squash. Melt butter and syrup. Brush squash with maple butter mix and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Mix dried cranberries and maple butter into sausage. Stuff sausage mix into squash. Bake until squash is tender, 30 - 45 minutes. Sprinkle with goat cheese and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
