  1. Prepare 1/2 cup plan flour
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp oil

  7. Get stuffing:-
  8. Take 1 1/2 tsp oil
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  10. Make ready 6 boiled pelled and mashed potatoes
  11. Take 3/4 tbsp chilli powder
  12. Take 1 tbsp chat masala
  13. Take 1 tbsp gram masala
  14. Get 1 tsp Chopped green coriander
  15. Take to taste Salt
Instructions to make Veg Frankie roll:
  1. Rotis: Combine plain whole wheat flour And oil and salt in a deep bowl and Knead in to a soft dough cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes after 10 minitues knead again for 2 minitues Divided the dough in to 4 equal portions and roll like chapati
  2. Heat a tava and cook each Ritu lightly on both side on a medium flame for 1 minute
  3. STUFFING:-heat the oil a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute on medium flame for 30 second add the mashed potatoes, chilli powder,garam masala, chat masala,green coriander and salt mix it well and saute on medium flame for 2 minitue keep a side
  4. HOW To PROCEED:-place the Roti on tha tava and cook on a medium flame using 1/2 tsp butter for one minute or till both side turn light brown in colour keep a side
  5. Heat 1/2 tsp butter on a tava place 1/4 stuffing and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute
  6. Place the Roti on a clean dry surface place the stuffing on the end of the Roti and with chopped onions and half spoon green chutney and sprinkle chat masala and chopped coriander evenly
  7. Roll it up tightly warp in an aluminum foil /tissue paper
  8. Frankies is ready
  9. Hot serve with tomato sauce
