Instructions to make Fettuccine chicken Alfredo:
  1. Cook pasta according to instructions add salt and pepper to taste and add a dash of oil. Drain
  2. A large skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter (from the stick) put chicken thighs in and season with salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning.
  3. Cook through 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  4. In a pot put the heavy cream, butter, and nutmeg and whisk in together until sizzling.
  5. Then add and cheese in the heavy cream mixture and mix with a whisk.
  6. Add the sauce to the pasta and heat up for three minutes.
