Add besan in a bowl.Mix cabbage,onion,chillies,cumin,curd,ginger paste,salt,turmeric and garam masala.Mix all. Add water gradually and whisk to a smooth lump-free batter. Add Eno and whisk lightly.
  2. Grease a non-stick uttapam/ pancake pan. Pour a ladleful of batter into each mold. Cook one side on medium flame. Flip and drizzle little oil on each and cook the other side till both sides are crispy and golden brown.
  3. Serve hot immediately healthy crispy golden brown besan /chickpea flour and cabbage pancakes in breakfast or brunch with a cup of tea or coffee.
