  1. Mix flour with coconut milk add water as required and form a smooth elastic dough. Keep aside and let it rest for 30 min
  2. As my dough is resting I prepare my dip sauce. Blend scotch bonnet, onions,garlic, ginger and cabbage with little water till smooth
  3. Heat oil and pour your blend allow for 2-3 min then add the minced beef,spices and seasoning continue to stir for 2 min then add carrots. Mayonnaise and ketchup comes last, allow for a min and off the stove.
  4. Coming back to my dough… portion into round balls and roll into round sheets
  5. My tawa is on heat already, place your circular sheet on the tawa.
  6. Flip at intervals i.e 30 seconds (because it can get burnt easiiy) until done.
  7. Brush with butter (optional) and serve
