Instructions to make Cabbage Raita:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add cabbage little salt and water and cook for 1 whistle.
  2. Once cool down remove the lid and drain the cabbage.(To remove excess water)
  3. Take curd whisk well add the above ingredients into tempering and mix well.
  4. Now add boiled cabbage into the mixture.
  5. Garnish with coriander.
  6. Serve with rice or rotis.
