  2. Mix the flours and sieve 3 times to airate
  3. Beat the eggs and gradually add sugar and continue beating until pale and thick, about 8 minutes

  5. Pour into your greased baking tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. When a skewer comes out clean, it's ready, cool in the tin then on a wire rack.
  7. I filled with some whipping cream and grapes.
