  6. Prepare 4 tbsp Corn flour-

  8. Take Oil - to deep fry and 3 tbsp for Manchurian sauce
  9. Get tbsp Garlic chopped -1
  10. Get 1 tbsp Green chilli-
  11. Take 1 tbsp Onion -
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Capsicum-
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce-
  14. Make ready 1 tsp Soy sauce-
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp Ketchup-
  16. Get tsp Black pepper-1/2
  17. Take handful Spring onion -
  18. Get cup Water-1/2
  19. Take 1 tsp Corn flour-
  20. Take Water 2 tbsp to mix corn flour
Instructions to make Cabbage Manchurian recipe by Ashruti:
  1. Grate cabbage in a bowl or finely chopped it
  2. Add red chilli powder, garam masala salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and maida and make a dough
  3. Do small proportion and make a balls.
  4. Heat the oil in medium flame and fry untill golden.
  5. Take out the balls and once again fry it in high flame for crunchy texture..
  6. For gravy : take a vok / fry pan
  7. Add garlic, green chiili..saute it for a min.. add onion and capsicum.. saute it for another min
  8. Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, ketchup,mix it add black pepper bit salt
  9. Add water as per consistency and corn flour… Give a mix
  10. Turn off the flame,add balls in gravy.. Garnish it with spring onion and serve hott.
