  1. Prepare 3 Carrots
  2. Get 1 Potato
  3. Make ready 2 tablespoons Cornflour
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  6. Get As needed Oil for deep fry
  7. Take 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
Steps to make Carrot Kurkure:
  1. Boil carrot and potatoes.
  2. Grind the boiled carrot and potatoes. Make a fine paste.
  3. In a mixing bowl add paste, Salt, cornflour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1tablespoon of oil mix it well. Make a thick batter.
  4. Take a plastic cover or milk cover add the batter and fold the edges. Hold the head with a band.
  5. Heat a pan add oil for deep fry. Cut the edges of the bag. Squeeze the batter into the oil like kurkurae size.
  6. Fry it till golden brown.now kurkurae is ready.
