  2. Prepare 1 tbsp bajra flour

  7. Get 1 tsp oil
  8. Take 1/4 tsp salt

  13. Make ready 1 tsp oil
  14. Prepare pinch asafoetida
  15. Prepare 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

  17. Take 1 lemon juice
Steps to make Cabbage muthia:
  1. Take bajra flour, jowar flour and suji in a bowl
  2. Add cabbage,ginger,chilli, salt, cumin powder, carrom seeds, turmric powder,oil and rub nicely
  3. With water knead it to a soft dough and give a rest for 1-2 hrs
  4. Add water in pan and cover it to boil
  5. Grease a plate with holes and put the cylinders made out of the dough on it and cover them. Let them cook under steam
  6. When cool cut them like coins
  7. Make a tempering with oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds and sesame seeds and add coins and roast from both side
  8. Finally sprinkle lemon juice and relish with chutney
