  1. Make ready 4 oz Marg
  2. Prepare 1/2 Egg
  3. Get 2 oz Castor Sugar

Instructions to make Vienese Fingers:
  1. Beat the Margarine to a thick cream
  2. Add sugar and 1/2 an egg to the margarine and beat
  3. Shift the flour and fold into the mixture
  4. Put the mixture in a piping bag and pipe 3inch fingers onto a greased baking tray
  5. Bake in the oven on Gas Mark 4, or 180 degrees C for 15-20 mins (or until golden).
  6. Pop the biscuits on a cooking rack and melt the chocolate either in the microwave, or Bain-Marie.
  7. Once cooled, dip either side of the finger into the melted chocolate and let it set.
  8. Enjoy with a nice cup of tea!
