  1. Take a heavy bottom pan. Add ghee, once ghee is hot add grated carrots.
  2. Roast it on low flame for another 10 minutes or until Carrot become soft and change it it's colour.
  3. Now add milk in it. Now cook on medium-high flame. Stir it continuesly. Once milk thickening add curd in it.
  4. Again stir it continuesly once milk evaporated add sugar. Stir it again and continuesly. Cook it on low flame. Once halwa become thick, add cardamom and nutmeg powder. Mix it properly.
  5. Carrot halwa can be served warm or with ice cream. Though I like hot carrot halwa.
