- Now blend the boiled carrot and pour in a same panadd sugar….
- Walnut,raisins,coconut and cardamom powder…
- Mix it nicely…
- Now add corn flour mixture in it, mix very well,and keep stirring untill it get thick.
- Now pour this mixture in greased dish set evenly, cover with foil,and leave it for 5,6 hours..
- After 6 hours cut in to square or triangle…
- Now coat with dry coconut…
- Carrot Delight is ready,try at your home and enjoye
