Steps to make Momos Parantha (Cabbage):
First wash, cut, finely chopped and grate all the vegetables as given in the ingredients list. Saute all the veggies in a preheated pan for 2-3 mins.
Now make a soft dough and roll round and put stuffing in a centre and make a shape of triangle.
Roast and shallow fry from both the sides of the Parantha.
