  15. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  17. Take 2 tbsp oil for moyan
  18. Get As required Chutney for serving
  19. Prepare As required Dip for serving
Steps to make Momos Parantha (Cabbage):
  1. First wash, cut, finely chopped and grate all the vegetables as given in the ingredients list. Saute all the veggies in a preheated pan for 2-3 mins.
  2. Now make a soft dough and roll round and put stuffing in a centre and make a shape of triangle.
  3. Roast and shallow fry from both the sides of the Parantha.
  4. Serve it with any kind of chutney, dip. Taste so yummy, have it hot. Spicy momos Parantha is ready.
