  2. In a mixing bowl add chopped cabbage then add green chillies, all spices and salt.mix it well.now break the eggs in the bowl and mix nicely.
  3. Grease appe pan with little oil turn the flame low.pour one level tablespoon of the batter into each mould,cover and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Turn each appe over gently with a knife or back of a spoon and cook the other side too.the healthy cabbage appe is ready.serve with sauce or green chutney.
