Steps to make Chicken Menudo:
  1. Marinate the chicken on calamansi for not less than 30mins.
  2. Saute onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Fry chicken on pan until it turns brown.
  4. Pour contents of menudo sauce and chicken broth and cook for about 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  5. Add potato and carrots. Cook for about 10mins.
  6. Add bell pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat. Serve & enjoy.
