The ingredients needed to make Quick Chinese fry:
  1. Make ready 1 1/2 cup murmura
  2. Make ready 3-4 garlic cloves sliced or chopped
  3. Make ready 1 small onion sliced
  4. Take 1/2 small capsicum sliced
  5. Prepare Handful sliced cabbage
  6. Take 2 tbsp soya sauce
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  8. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
  9. Get As required Salt
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Get 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
Steps to make Quick Chinese fry:
  1. Wash murmura under running water and keep aside for 5-10 mins. Chopped veggies and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in a skillet and add garlic while flame is low. Then add veggies and sauces.Mix well and add 1-2 tbsp of water and simmer for a while.
  3. Now add black pepper powder and sugar. Mix and simmer for a while.
  4. Now add washed murmura and mix well. Cook for more 2 mins on medium to high heat.
  5. Transfer into bowl and garnish with sliced cabbage.
  6. NOTE - For your kids you can add ready available Chinese dry masala for rice or noodles.
