  14. Make ready 1 tbsp Pistachio (chopped)
Instructions to make Mixed Dry Fruit Chikki:
  1. Dry roast all the seeds, peanut on low flame.Keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a karahi,add guand,fry.Keep aside. Fry makhana in the same ghee.
  3. Take another pan,add 1 tb.spoon.ghee,add almonds and shallow fry.Keep it aside.lein the same pan shallow fry cashew nuts, walnut, sesame seeds and coconut.
  4. Heat 2t.spoon. ghee,add Jaggery and let it melt on low heat.Take a bowl of water,when the Jaggery becomes bubbly,drop few drops of Jaggery into water.
  5. If the Jaggery is crunchy it means it is done.Switch off the heat.
  6. Add all nuts, seeds,guand and makhana,mix quickly.
  7. Take a polythene sheet,spread the mixture over it and roll with the help of rolling sprinkle pistachio over it.,roll.
  8. Make cut marks on it when it is warm.
  9. Leave it for 20 min.and then cut your Chikki into square pieces.
  10. Your delicious healthy Chikki is ready to serve.
