Make ready Rice 3 cup soaked in water30 minute
Take 8 cup boiling water

Prepare 1 tsp cumin
Prepare 5-6 mint leaves

Take 1/3 cup fresh coriander
Get 4 green chillies

Take slices Lemon
Make ready 3 pinch lemon food colour
Steps to make Chicken boneless biryani:
Marinate chicken with yougart and adding all spices for 20 minute
Soak rice in water for 30 minutes
Add 1/2cup oil in a pan.add onion fry until light golden.add g g paste fry for 1minute.
Add tomatoea and green chilli(finely chopped) cook until tomatoes soft and tender.
Add marinated chicken.cover and cook for 10 minutes
Add 8 cup of water in a large pan add oil salt cinnamon stick cumin bay leaves mint leaves and green chillies.
When water boiled add rice cook until 90 persent done.drain water set aside.
Now open lid of chicken after 10 minutes.chicken is tender and oul saparat.
Now remove chicken from pan.only oil and some masala remain.
Now add 1/3 portion of rice add chicken masala on rice.
Add second layer of rice.repeat chicken mixture onrice
Now add rice again.now garnish with mint leaves fresh coriander green chillies and lemon slices.add yellow foog colour in 4 tbsp of water sprinkle on biryani cover and cook in steam on low heat for 15 minutes
Open lid serve hot with raita.
