Prepare 1/2 kg Chicken. (Boneless)
Make ready 1 Onion
Make ready 1 Bay leaf

Take 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic
Take 2 tomatoes. (Puree)
Get 1 tbsp Salt
Make ready 1 tbsp Paprika
Get 1 tsp Turmeric
Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
Get 1 tsp Cumin seed powder
Prepare 6 tbsp Yogurt
Take 1 lemon
Prepare 1/2 kg Rice
Prepare 1 tsp Black pepper
Make ready 3 cloves
Take 1 Cinnamon stick
Get 1 tsp Salt
Make ready 4 mint leaves
Get 3 cardamom
Steps to make Boneless chicken biryani:
Fry the onion until it's golden brown and keep it aside.
Same pan add bay leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon stick and cloves,cumin seeds and fry for 30 seconds.
Add ginger garlic and let it cook for another minute.
Than add tomato puree. Add salt, paprika, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder and cook for a minute.
Than add boneless chicken.
Fry until chicken changes the colour.
Add a little water, cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Always soak rice for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
In the mean time boil the rice.
With whole garam masala and mint leaves
Add yogurt to the chicken and let it cook for another 5 min..
Once the chicken is ready layer it wit rice, fried onion, lemons and fish cilantro and green chilli.
Cover for 5 minutes on low heat.
Use fork to mix the rice.
Serve with salad and raita
