Instructions to make Salted caramel chocolate tart:
For chocolate rajgira biskut base first Preheat the oven at 180.°c
Place all the ingredients except butter in grinder and process untill ground
Whisk in the melted butter, then gently mix with finger tips untill the mixture begins to come to gather and hold when pinched between the fingers tips. Don't over work with dough
Turn on 8 inch loose bottom tart pan. Press up the sides to form tart sides then press the remaining firmly to make the base.
Bake approximate 10 - 15 minutes, until the edges are firm to touch
For making caramel salte - take nonstick pan add sugar,water, mix well cook the mixture until it turn beautiful amber in colour
Switch off the flame add butter, and cream, salt, mix it continuously till a silky smoothly sauce, keep a side to warm.
For making chocolate filling - place chocolate, cream, in microwave safe bowl, heat in a microwave for a min.
Leave it to sit for 5 min. To melt the chocolate then slowly begin to whisking both together untill glossy, whisk in honey and butter gently. Don't over work.
Now warm salted caramel sauce on tart. Spread it well
Now pour chocolate sauce over the caramel sauce spread well
Keep in the fridge to set for 2 - 3 hr. Garnish with your favourite fruits and cocoa powder. And serve.
