Prepare 80 g popcorn seeds

Pour the oil in a pot and heat it. Add in the popcorn when the oil is hot. Cover using the lead and let the corn pop. Shake the cooking pot to ensure even coating of the oil on the corn. When the popping stops, that shows all the corn in popped. Turn off the heat and set aside.
In a separate pan, add in the water and the sugar. Stir untill it boils on medium heat. Let it caramelize as you occasionally stir for not less than 20 minutes

QUICKLY pour thr caramel over thr popcorn and mix thoroughly to ensure its evenly coated. Be fast since the caramel hardens quickly.
Transfer to a baking tray and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius. This will evaporate any water and harden the caramel, making it crunchy. Once done bring it out and let it cool.
Once cool, break the clumped ones and enjoy. To clean the utensils, use HOT water, it'll melt the caramel.
