  7. important note: this recipe contains brown sugar. when using sugars in cooking;especially grilling, the food will burn quickly. in this case, with the quick cook time, you really want that nice crust that will form from the sugar. so, in this case, do not be alarmed if the steak starts to take on a dark color. that's where all the goodness lies.
  8. if you are cooking indoors; make sure to turn the oven fan on HIGH and open a window near your stove!
